They cleaned the crawlspace and treated the wood structure then added sub-surface drain lines and a sump pump before encapsulating and adding a de-humidifier. The best crawl space guy in the business. Straight forward and by the book. He worked with my schedule and made sure everything was up to par. I had a big guy come to my house and his words were: “this is the best crawl space encapsulation I’ve ever seen, the doors are rigid and the lights add an extra pop.” I might put a mini fridge down there and hide from the wife and kids for a few hours on a Saturday.

I was experiencing some deflection and bounce in my floors so I called Precision Crawlspace and the owner answered right away. He came out himself to evaluate the problem personally and it was a lot worse than we realized. We had multiple rotten joist and a lot of mold and fungal growth rotting out our floors. They soda blasted the crawlspace and got rid of the mold, repaired all structural damage and then encapsulated our crawlspace! I can’t recommend Sawyer and his team enough!
